30-Day Warranty Period
Products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care are non-refundable. Please check the necessary product information before purchase or contact us if you require further information not listed in the description of the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on belly bands as this product is very closely linked to personal hygiene. Please Whatsapp us at 1(868) 489-3856 if you would like to visit our warehouse to get sized before purchasing. For all other products, Preggy Plus will refund you for merchandise you return within thirty (30) days from the date the goods are received.
All returns of non-defective goods must be complete (including any manuals or accessories), unused and in their original unopened and factory sealed condition. Damaged or altered goods and perishable items cannot be returned.  Returns and exchanges are made to our warehouse in the Macoya Industrial Estate, where products will be examined. No restocking fee will be applied, however ALL UPS RETURNS will incur a shipping return fee.
Instruction Manuals are provided with all products that require assembly. Please confirm that you have received all parts required for assembly BEFORE beginning assembly. Please follow the steps exactly as outlined in the instruction manual/sheet.
Items that do not work on first use may be returned to Preggy Plus for a full refund within thirty (30) days after the date the merchandise was received. Items altered or damaged through misuse by the customer, accidents, fire and flooding, natural disasters while in possession of the customer, or which fail due to being used in voltage or circuits for which they were not designed, or by voltage fluctuations cannot be returned and are not covered by the warranty.
For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened/sealed packaging with all tags intact.
Warranty & Repair
Items that fail after thirty (30) days after purchase and that are within the manufacturerâs warranty period will be repaired or refunded at the sole discretion of Preggy Plus. Items altered or damaged through misuse by the customer, accidents, fire, flooding and natural disasters while in possession of the customer, or which fail due to being used in voltage or circuits for which they have not been designed, or by voltage fluctuations, cannot be returned and are not covered by the warranty.
