Pre-Order Policy
Our pre-order program gives customers access to a wider range of baby and maternity products that may not be available in our regular inventory. The following terms apply to all pre-order purchases.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order item is not currently in stock and is specially sourced from our suppliers after orders are collected during the pre-order period.
Pre-order products are clearly identified on our website and include an estimated arrival date.
Ordering Period
Pre-orders are accepted until the published closing date shown on each product and collection page.
Orders placed before the closing date will be included in the next scheduled shipment.
Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.
While we work closely with our suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, arrival dates may be affected by factors outside of our control, including:

Shipping carrier delays

Customs clearance

Port congestion

Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be notified of any significant delays. If an unforeseen delay extends beyond our estimated restock date, customers may request a full refund prior to delivery.Β Once in stock, we deliver to most locations in Trinidad & Tobago within 3 working days.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.
Your order will be secured once payment has been successfully received.
Changes & Cancellations
Pre-order items are specially sourced for customers.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this period, cancellation requests may be subject to approval depending on the status of the supplier order.
If a cancellation is approved after an order has been placed with the supplier, administrative or supplier-related fees (15%) will be deducted from any refund issued.
Product Availability
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable from the manufacturer or supplier after your order has been placed.
If this occurs, Preggy Plus will contact you to offer:

A full refund, or

An alternative product of similar value
Delivery & Collection
Once your order arrives in Trinidad & Tobago and has been processed, you will be notified.
Customers may choose:

Collection from our showroom in Macoya Industrial Estate.
Delivery timelines begin after products have arrived and been processed.
Returns
Pre-order items are subject to our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.
Products must be returned in accordance with our return guidelines and in their original condition.
