What is personal shopping?
We offer a unique personal shopping service for all your needs as you plan and prepare for baby. During your appointment, our expert shopping assistant will chat with you and offer unbiased advice on the products you are interested in. If you're not sure where to start, please don’t worry! We offer advice based on safe practices, your specific budget and lifestyle, and ask you questions that will help us to know exactly what you’ll need. Book your appointment here.
Where exactly are you located?
We are located at 5A Century Drive, Macoya Industrial Estate. Our warehouse is on the left side of International Marketing Limited. Simply type "Preggy Plus Warehouse" in Waze or Google Maps to locate us, or click HERE.
Am I guaranteed to see the products I'm interested in purchasing?
Due to the size of our showroom, all products cannot be displayed. However, when booking an appointment, you can indicate the products you are interested in viewing and we will do our best to prepare them for your visit.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Definitely! You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment, by clicking the links provided in your confirmation email. You can also call us (868-718-4316) to make any changes for you. Please cancel or reschedule a day in advance so we can best serve you and our other customers.
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or do you also facilitate walk-ins?
We are open to walk-ins, though we do recommend that you book an appointment, either HERE, or on every website page online (bottom left tab) as this is the only way we can guarantee that our expert advisors will be available when you need them. 😊
Do I have to purchase anything during my appointment?
There is no obligation to purchase anything on the day. If you see something you like but would like some more time to think about it, we welcome you to come back at a later date to purchase, or to shop online. However, if you do decide to make a purchase during your appointment we have several convenient payment options. We also accept Preggy Plus gift certificates, discount codes and Preggy Points at our showroom. All online specials also apply to purchases done at our showroom!
Can I opt for free delivery if I make a purchase at the showroom?
Of course! You can take your purchases away with you, or schedule free delivery with us. We typically deliver within 2-3 working days. See our free delivery schedule here.
