Rewards Program

The Preggy Plus Rewards Program is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn 'Preggy Points' on www.preggyplus.com. Your points can be redeemed for rewards such as discount/coupon codes. It is just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty!

How do I become a Preggy Plus Rewards member?

Open the purple 'Rewards' pop up in the bottom left hand side of the screen.  Then log in or sign up with your e-mail address.  You will receive a confirmation email with a sign-in link.  Click and then return to our website. The 'Rewards' pop up will tell you how to earn points, how many points you currently have, and how to redeem them.

How do I earn Preggy Points?

You can earn points in a variety of ways:
  
- Making a purchase (1 Preggy Point for every TT$1 spent)
NB: Points are earned on purchases based on the order value before tax and exclusive of discounts applied.

- Following us on Facebook or Instagram (100 Preggy Points each)

- Celebrating a birthday (500 Preggy Points) and more. 

You can find the full list of ways to earn through the Rewards Pop Up after you have logged in to our website account. The ways to earn points may be adjusted from time to time, at the sole discretion of Preggy Plus. 

How do I redeem Preggy Points?

Points can be redeemed as coupon/discount codes at checkout at the following rate: 20 points = TT$1

For example, if you have earned 1000 points, you can redeem for a discount of TT$50.

The ways to redeem points may be adjusted from time to time, at the sole discretion of Preggy Plus. 

NB: points cannot be redeemed with automatic discounts, such as our BYOB promotion, or with other discount codes and gift cards.


Is there a minimum I need to spend to redeem Preggy Points?

There is no minimum. You can use your rewards on any purchase amount.

Is there a maximum limit to redeem Preggy Points?

Yes, you can redeem up to 10000 points (or TT$500) in one order.

Can my Preggy Points expire?

Yes. Your accumulated points are valid in your Preggy Plus Rewards Program account for two years from your "anniversary date." This is the anniversary of the date you enrolled in the program and occurs on a 24-month cycle. On your anniversary date every 2 years, your points reset to zero (o) and you start accumulating new points benefits and unlocking new rewards.

 

Rewards, benefits and points earned through Preggy Plus Rewards have no cash value, and are non-transferable. 

Preggy Points cannot be shared or combined with another friend or account. Only the member placing the order may accumulate rewards, benefits and points.

Preggy Points will pend in your account until your order has been paid for.
If the order is paid for online with a credit card, points will be immediately added to your account. 
If the order is paid for on delivery, points will be added within 3 days of payment and delivery. 
If the order is paid for via bank transfer, points will be added to your account within 3 days of payment.

If Preggy Points have not been credited to your account within 3 days of payment, please contact Customer Service at sales@preggyplus.com.

 

What happens if I return an item that I have earned Preggy Points on?

Products can be returned in accordance with our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase.

If the points earned have already been used on another order by any party, the refund provided will be less the monetary value of points received and used from the original purchase. 

Can the program or my membership in the program be terminated?

Yes. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Preggy Plus Rewards at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards, benefits, and/or points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards, benefits and points.

 Preggy Plus Ltd. in its sole discretion, can terminate any member for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the program's or our website's Terms & Conditions.  

If your membership is terminated or expires, rewards, benefits and points in your account will automatically terminate.  Where possible and with our discretion, we will provide notice of termination so that outstanding points can be used within a reasonable timeframe.
